  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), local bank transfers (e.g., CIH, Saham Bank, Al Barid Bank), card payments via CMI-supported gateways, and cash agency transfers (Cash Plus, Wafacash).

  • Payment Verification: Orders paid via bank or agency transfer require proof of payment before dispatch.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

  • Coverage: We deliver nationwide across all cities in Morocco.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by region or courier operations.

  • Open & Inspect: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are permitted to open and inspect package contents before handing payment to the courier agent.

5. Returns, Refunds & Guarantees

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Aggaly Purchase Protection Program:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of package receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Eligible claims (damaged, incorrect, or defective goods) receive 100% full coverage for replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aggaly shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or site services beyond the total order value paid by the customer.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morocco.
